| Description |
Constructed of flat limestone and rusticated sandstone in the Classical Revival style. The building features a primary shallow pedimented entry portico supported by Doric columns with secondary pedimented entries framed by full height flat pilasters, a sheet metal entablature and a central octagonal domed clocktower. |
