Driving Directions:From US 69 in Warren, go 1.8 miles west on FM 1943. Turn left onto CR 1420 and go 1.3 mile north to CR 1325. Turn left on CR 1325 and go 1.3 mile west to sharp bend (this is CR 1325/CR 1360 junction). Stay right and follow CR 1325 another 0.3 mile north. (Note: each intersection has a Fellowship Church sign indicating direction) The Fellowship Primitive Baptist Church is on right (east) side of road. The grave is located along fence row behind and approx. 100 ft. northeast of church. It is enclosed by a painted wood fence.This gravesite is not a map feature, but it is fully fenced, maintained, and located at an active church. There gravesite appears to be visited as well. A single granite marker reads: ColoredAmanda Woolley1850-1936She is reported to have been a former slave who requested to be buried at the Fellowship Primitive Baptist Church. |
