In Kingsland at the junction of FM 1431/3404, north on FM 1431 1.9 miles to private dirt road on east side (Brad Shaw property). East on dirt road, crossing a creek and turning back north for a total of .5 miles, following dirt road NE and back south to cemetery on west sideThere are three visible stones at this site; one broken, formal headstone dated 1861, and two fieldstones without inscription. Nothing else is known about this site. Brad Shaw, current property owner, wants to preserve the site. The site is located along the powerline ROW and probably discovered when the area under the powerlines was cleared. Ths site does not have a fenced. |
