Driving Directions:From US 287 in Latexo, go 3.2 miles east on FM 2663. Turn right at second gate across from brick house and go approx. 0.25 mile south across drainage and field. At this point the, cemetery is located approx. 400 ft. due west of the dim ranch road in a wooded grove at the southwestern corner of field. The grove is marked by a very large elm. Cemetery is very overgrown and all stones have fallen.This is a highly endangered cemetery. It is a map feature, but it is located on private property and is not accessible to the public. There are no cemetery signs, and the cemetery is very overgrown and difficult to locate. The four headstones are fallen and were not visible until the heavy overgrowth was cleared. The cemetery is partially enclosed by a very low woven wire fence. |
