| Description |
Constructed of buff brick and limestone in the Romanesque Revival style. The building features a mansard roof with ornamental cresting, corner round towers with conical roofs and finials, rounded arch window openings and entry with a stained glass lunette transom, and a square brick and limestone clocktower with gable dormers inersecting a pyramidal roof with finial. |
