| Description |
Designed in the Moderne style and constructed of buff brick with minimal brick and stone detailing. It is a symmetrical structure with a central three-story mass flanked on each side by recessed two-story wings, each with a recessed penthouse on top. The major decorative element is the main entry door surround that has a projecting, ornamental keystone. Additions at the east and north ends of the building were completed in similar materials with similar detailing. |
