| Description |
Originally designed in the Beaux-Arts style, the building exterior is now completed covered by stone, concrete, and metal screen panels deployed in a Modern style. It is a three-story symmetrical building on a raised basement and a wide staircase leading to the main entry. Echoing the original design, two monolithic corner elements frame a central portion featuring ten attenuated columns infilled with fluted metal panels in the upper half and decorative metal screening in the lower half. |
