| Description |
Designed in a restrained Modern style and constructed of concrete, glass, and smooth stone panels. The asymmetrical three-story building is characterized by very narrow vertical windows alternating with blank stone walls. The entrances are marked with arched three-story glass openings and a small dark metal canopy. It is topped with a small Mansard-like roof. |
