Description Constructed of rusticated limestone with bands of red sandstone and sheet metal ornament in the Second Empire style. The primary facade features two towers flanking an arched entry, and four corner pavilions are topped with square mansard roofs and a central clocktower soars above.
Modifications 1969: Air conditioning and elevator installed.1977: District courtroom converted to office space, with drop ceiling and plastic paneling.- ISTEA Grant - Project scheduled to be let by the county in April 1998.
