Description Constructed of brick with limestone details in the Classical Revival style. The base is created with horizontal brick bands and topped with double height windown bays and pilasters crowned by Corinthean capitals.
Modifications 1961: structural repairs to the basement. Reconstruction of the roof with steel and concrete. 1962: Otis elevator installed. 1970: Second floor remodeled.
