Seven story buff brick and cast stone structure with Art Deco ornament, including elaborate cartouches, pilaster capitals, and cast metal spandrels. The top floor is incorporated into an highly ornamental cast stone Art Deco entablature. A central gray limestone entry portico sits in front of a seven story central mass, flanked by symmetrical four story wings. |
