| Description |
Constructed of limestone with cast aluminum and carved limesstone details in the Art Deco style. The building features a central ten story central building with five story symmetrical wings and an entry portal with limestone carved details and round arched openings leading to ornamental cast aluminum entry doors. Flat pilasters define vertical bays of windows. |
