| Description |
Constructed of light brown brick, masonry and sheet metal. The building features a central sheet metal clocktower and entablature, an entry portico framed by a balcony above and two corner octagonal pavilions with a metal shingle roof and finial. |
| Modifications |
Many windows blocked and/or removed in mid 1970's, some with smaller aluminum replacement windows. Many interiors have contemporary paneling and aluminum doors- 1998 ISTEA Grant - restore exterior of courthouse. As of Dec. 1997 the city of Bracketville was having problems and considering withdrawing from the program. |
