| Description |
Constructed of flat and rusticated limestone with sandstone and granite details in a blend of Romanesque Revival and Second Empire styles. Carved limestone balustrades and pediments decorate the roofline, along with four corner entry pavilions topped by imposing cupolas and a central octagonal clocktower capped with an ornamental copper finial. |
