Designed in an Art Deco/Moderne style and constructed in smooth-faced limestone with a granite base. It is a symmetrical three-story structure with basement. The building's central mass is flanked by projecting two-story wings united by a signle-story entryway containing three arched openings. The building features simplified but prominent classical details and several low-relief carvings depicting agricultural scenes. |
