Description Designed in a Moderne style and clad in buff brick with limestone details. The three-story structure features limestone banding, a low-relief cornice, and a flat roof. It is symmetrical with a slightly projecting central block. The main entry is composed of tripartite squared openings with large windows featuring decorative metal grilles above.
Modifications Renovated in 1975, designed by Gene Hobart and constructed by F.H. Hernandez.
