| Description |
Designed in a Moderne style and clad in buff brick with limestone details. The three-story structure features limestone banding, a low-relief cornice, and a flat roof. It is symmetrical with a slightly projecting central block. The main entry is composed of tripartite squared openings with large windows featuring decorative metal grilles above. |
