A Classical Revival style building finished in buff brick with smooth concrete or stone details. The three-story symmetrical building features a banded brick raised basement, a water table, a string course, and a simple cornice with a brick parapet above. The main entryways feature four two-story composite columns framing three entry doors capped with fan lights. |
