| Description |
Constructed of brick and limestone in the Moderne style. The building features an elevated entry pavilion, a base distinguished by horizontal brick courses, flat brick pilasters that create vertical window bays with cast metal bas relief spandrels and a decorative limestone surround framing the entry doors. |
