Description Constructed of limestone with sheet metal details in the Second Empire style. The building features adouble-height arched window openings at the second floor, a central bay with a dentiled pediment supporting an ornamental clocktower and corner bays with dormers on a mansard roof.
Modifications -1924 - Mansard roofs, dormers, and clock cupola removed and Mission-influenced parapets and awning skirt added by Hix McCanless. -c.1980 - Interior completely renovated.
