| Description |
Originally constructed of split face limestone, cast stone with sheet metal details in the Second Empire style. The building featured tall chimneys, a bracketed cornice and sindividual square mansard roofs on the corner and central pavilions and a square central tower. In 1911, the roof and tower were removed to change the style to Classical Revival. |
