Description Originally constructed of split face limestone, cast stone with sheet metal details in the Second Empire style. The building featured tall chimneys, a bracketed cornice and sindividual square mansard roofs on the corner and central pavilions and a square central tower. In 1911, the roof and tower were removed to change the style to Classical Revival.
Modifications Central dome removed. Originally built in 1883, partially demolished and remodeled in 1911-12
