| Description |
Constructed of limestone in the Romanesque Revival style. The building features gabled secondary entry bays and a central entry portico defined by a wide arch and flanked by two round towers with conical roofs and a central square masonry clocktower with engaged round and conical finials and a pyramidal central roof. |
