| Description |
Constructed of dark brick and limestone with a decorative parapet capped with limestone and an ornamental entablature that includes a dentiled cornice. Ionic columns support a large double height entry portico and smaller balconies on secondary facades. Brick pilasters create bays of double-hung windows. |
