Description Designed in the Renaissance Revival style and constructed of limestone. It is a symmetrical three-story building on a raised basement and topped with a balustrade parapet. The north and south facades feature ten engaged Ionic columns with fluted shafts sitting atop a semi-rusticated ground-story base. The colonnades are framed by corner elements defined by simple pilasters and a pedimented window. The pilasters continue around to the east and west facades, forming a similar composition.
