| Description |
Designed in the Moderne style and constructed with a smooth limestone veneer and a light gray stone base. The four-story central block is flanked with slightly projecting three-story wings creating a symmetrical composition. Vertically arranged metal-sash windows are linked with light metal spandrel panels. The main entrance is expressed as a two-story recessed element with the county name and three small windows above. Several extensions have been added over the years. |
