| Description |
Constructed of yellow brick with limestone, pink granite, cream-colored terracotta and sheet metal details in the Renaissance Revival style. The building features four corner quarter-circle round arch entry porticos topped with covered porches and four intersecting wings with double height porticos supported by Ionic columns and ornamental pediments. Sheet metal eagles, cornice and balustrade decorate the roofline. A sheet metal winged Lady Justice, dome and dormers with ocular windows tops the central octagonal cupola. |
