| Description |
Constructed of limestone and granite with terracotta and sheet metal details in the Classical Revival style with Beaux Arts influences. The building features deep exaggerated masonry joints, a heavy rusticated base, a grand entry portico capped with ornamental pediments and supported by Corinthian colums, entry doors framed by elaborate rounded pediments and small Corinthian columns, and a highly ornamental cupola crowned by eagles, a lantern and Lady Justice. |
